How to Claim Your $250 Cash Back Reward

If you’re planning to lease at Twin Ponds Apartments, you could qualify for a $250 cash back reward. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Let the leasing agent know that you found the apartment on www.greengroveapts.com
  2. Meet the property’s leasing requirements and sign a new 1-year lease.
  3. Complete the Green Grove Lease Report Claim Form (PDF) at the time of lease signing.
  4. You must be a new resident (not an existing or prior tenant) and reside in the apartment for at least 30 days.
  5. Your name must appear on the lease as an occupant.

Please Note:

  • Only one reward will be issued per leased unit.
  • This reward cannot be combined with any other offer or referral.
  • Unfortunately, you won’t qualify if referred by a current resident, locator, or if you find the property via another source.
  • The $250 reward is issued as a credit to your resident account approximately 4–8 weeks after you move in.
